The Company was established to purchase land and develop a 4-story residential housing project with 48 apartments. Apartments will have 1,5, 3 or 4 rooms with area of 41 – 86m2. At the moment the second floor of the building is built and Harmony Home Teika will be finished and ready for commissioning in July 2022.
